| Summary: | The airliner crashed while attempting to takeoff. The plane was able to get slightly airborne before crashing into a ravine at the end of the runway. The plane took off without the crew extending it's flaps and slats, but the pilots would not have known there was a problem because the alarm did not go off. Malware may have interfered with the warning alarm software. |
