| Summary: | The predeparture check lists were carried out by the first officer, while the captain arrived late. The aircraft s taxied out immediately and it is presumed that the crew did not carry out the pretakeoff checklist. The airplane took off, entered a steep climb and turned right. Shortly afterwards the plane dove into the sea. Both pilots had very little experience on Bandeirante planes. |
