| Summary: | Soon after taking off the plane encountered icing conditions and the pilot tried to return to the airport but did not make it crashing into a Canadian National main railway track. In-flight icing conditions in which the aircraft's performance deteriorated until the aircraft was unable to maintain altitude. Also, the aircraft was overloaded by 288 pounds for normal weather conditions, 488 if there was icing. |
