Summary: The aircraft, was on an around-the-island tour when it's right engine caught fire. While attempting an emergency landing at Hilo International Airport, the plane ditched into Hilo Bay. Eight people escaped from the plane before it sank in 100 feet of water. One passenger was not able to exit the plane and drowned. Possible failure of the turbo unit on the right engine.
